Natural Products Set

The Natural Products Set consists of 235 compounds which were selected from our open repository of 140,000 compounds. Selection factors in addition to an origin as a natural product were structural diversity and availability of compound. It was created in response to numerous drug discovery research groups who expressed a desired to study a variety of scaffold structures having multiple functional groups. Also in response to requests, this group contains a few synthetic molecules of interest to drug discovery groups.
